In the Members’ area (top of the menu) you can now add a photo of yourself. It appears in your own area and alongside the details the committee sees when approving a registration – turning an email address into a person.
The picture is optional. Anyone without one appears with their initials; nobody has to show themselves who would rather not.
How it works: Go to Members’ area in the menu, choose a photo and save. You can replace or remove it at any time. If you are registering for the first time, you can add it right away.
Who sees it? Only you and the committee. It is not public, invisible to search engines and passed on to no one. On upload we automatically remove the hidden extra data mobile phones write into images – including where the picture was taken. If you delete your account, the photo goes with it.
